Service Delivery

1. Nature of Service (No Physical Shipping)

Clean Care Services is a specialized on-demand facility services and cleaning company. We provide doorstep on-site professional cleaning, car detailing, and sanitization services.

No Tangible Goods Shipped: We do not ship physical products or parcels via postal courier. Our certified cleaning technicians and mobile fleet travel directly to the customer's designated physical premises to execute the requested service.

2. Service Fulfillment Process

Every service booked through our website or customer portal undergoes a systematic 4-step fulfillment cycle:

Booking & Slot Confirmation

Upon receiving your online booking and payment/confirmation, an automated SMS/WhatsApp confirmation with a unique booking reference code (e.g., CLN-2026-XXXX) is generated.

Squad & Fleet Dispatch

Our operations center assigns a certified cleaning squad equipped with industrial vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, and safe chemicals.

On-Site Execution

The team arrives at your address during the scheduled time window, performs pre-service inspection, and executes the deep cleaning checklist.

Quality Check & Handover

Joint customer inspection, before/after photo documentation, digital handover signoff, and tax invoice generation.

3. Delivery Timelines & Standard Time Slots

We operate 7 days a week with flexible time slots for your convenience:

Morning Slots: 08:00 AM – 10:00 AM | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon Slots: 12:00 PM – 02:00 PM | 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM
Evening Slots: 04:00 PM – 06:00 PM | 06:00 PM – 08:00 PM
Emergency / Same-Day Booking: Subject to crew availability; dispatched within 60 to 90 minutes.

4. Geographic Service Areas

CleanCare currently delivers on-site services across the following municipal territories and surrounding regions:

Active Service Zones: Dibrugarh, Guwahati, Tinsukia, Jorhat, Sivasagar, and nearby suburbs across Assam & Northeast India.

5. Delivery & Mobilization Charges

Standard doorstep mobilization within city municipal limits is Free of Charge and included in the service package quote. For distant suburban locations exceeding 25 km from our central operations hub, a nominal distance transit surcharge may be indicated during booking.
